Jet Physio was born out of frustration. Our healthcare system is kinda broken.
Patients are dismissed by their doctors, having to wait weeks for help, and feeling like they are wasting their time and money for lackluster results. It’s no secret why these type of clinics fail you.
I started Jet Physio because I wanted to give patients the BEST PT experience possible.

Quality: We don’t waste your time here. We give you exactly what you need for the problem you have. We won’t put you on an exercise bike or a hot pack just to kill time like other clinics do.
Accessibility: We check in with you between visits. We encourage you to message us updates between visits, on weekends, or whenever you have questions.

Frequently asked questions
California allows for direct access to physical therapy services. You can see us DIRECTLY without a referral for 12 visits, or 45 days (whichever comes first). After that, your PT will coordinate with your doctor if more visits are needed.
Being an out-of-network practice, we don’t directly accept health insurance. However, your insurance carrier may reimburse you a portion of what you paid. The amount depends on your specific plan and insurance carrier.
We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking what are your “out-of-network benefits for physical therapy.” We know health insurance to be a complex beast, so here’s a helpful handout on how to call your insurance provider and understand your benefits.
This approach has allowed us to treat in a way that favors YOU. We don’t have to juggle you with two other patients in the same hour like other clinics do… and we don’t have to see you 2-3x a week like other clinics do. Patients don’t succeed in that situation. We see you 1-on-1 for a full hour, and don’t hand you off to any assistants or aides.
Considering how much you can be paying in deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance… it is likely you will be saving time AND money with us in the long run. And with an overall better experience and better results.
For most insurance providers, you can log on to your insurance plan online. Search for “out of network claims.” You will need to complete a claim form to submit with your Jet Physio superbill (invoice receipt that we provide for you). You can typically submit this online, or by mail. If you are having trouble, please call your insurance carrier on the back of your card.
We take all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), HSA/FSA cards, checks payable to Jet Physiotherapy, and cash.
We do not accept Venmo, Paypal, or Apple/Android Pay.
No! We are also specialists in optimizing your movement, improving your skills with your respective sport/activity, and teaching you the best ways on how to take care of a healthy body moving forward.
We are partnered with Sausalito Fitness Club on Bridgeway in Sausalito. If you are coming from the 101 (north of south), you will get on Bridgeway and we are located on the left side of the street.
