Gym Closed Because of COVID-19? Not to worry!….

First of all...

Please don’t cancel your gym memberships.  A social media influencer was on Instagram yesterday with the quote, “Overreaction is good, PANIC is BAD.” Gyms and small businesses will be struggling in this time as well, so show your support by sticking with them.  Canceling because you suspect the Apocalypse is a bit panicky.  I believe working out at home is be good for MIND and BODY alike. So here’s what I’m planning in the next few days.

Here's the rundown...

We are going to post some FREE home workouts for you guys over the next few days (and weeks), depending on how long this lockdown lasts.

  • All-Purpose Workouts
  • Upper Body Workouts
  • Lower Body Workouts
  • Core Workouts
  • Balance Workouts
  • Cardio Workouts

I’m growing a bit weary of scaring all my readers of the dangers of inactivity, so I’ll sum it up into one sentence: Don’t stop exercising! Coronavirus is not an excuse, so we can do home workouts with supreme benefit. If you’ve worked out with me in person, you’ve heard me say “A crappy workout is better than no workout.”

Sorry, that was multiple sentences.

(Pro tip: If possible, do it OUTSIDE. Covid-19 is enough to worry about. Build up an immunity against cabin fever.)
