I am a former collegiate track and field athlete as well as a Level 1 USATF Track and Field Sprints coach and certified running gait analyst. I work with all athletes from the recreational to professional level, and have experience preparing US military personnel for return to combat scenarios. I am a published author in the journal of human movement science, and I am passionate about helping motivated individuals regain their confidence, athleticism and skill following injury.

I am a certified Athletic Trainer, and former rower, track and field, lacrosse, and varsity soccer athlete, and currently love rock climbing, hiking, skiing, and playing pickle ball. I specialize in sports performance training, return to play and run progressions, and running gait analysis. I’ve worked in settings from DI/DIII athletics, to high school, to surgical orthopedic offices, and enjoy working with active, motivated people from every background to get back to doing what they love whether it’s down the stairs or down the field.

I am a former high school and club college soccer player, track and field athlete, and currently an avid weightlifter/gym-goer, English show jumper (horses), skier, golfer, and hiker. I specialize in orthopedics, sports rehab and pelvic floor/pregnancy. My goal is to make sure every patient feels heard, acknowledged, and motivated to get back to their best. I’ll guide you through that process and give you exactly what you need for your goals!
